Terms & Conditions

This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code which MUST be quoted at time of booking. Gift vouchers are only redeemable after 72 hours of purchase. Advance bookings are necessary. All experiences are subject to availability. Gift vouchers are for single redemption, any balance cannot be transferred to a future visit, cannot be used to purchase an alternative voucher and no change will be given. Original vouchers or email vouchers MUST be presented on arrival. Copies will not be accepted. Gifts have specific validity dates, any extension is discretionary and subject to an administration charge. The Serenity Spa has an over 16 years of age policy, any guests under this age are not permitted to use the spa facilities. Please call our team on 0191 516 1400 when you are ready to visit to check availability. £40 food allowance is towards food only, any additional spend over £40 will be payable on the day. Any unspent allowance from your dining experience is non-transferable or non-refundable.
