Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

Vouchers purchased for a specific experience are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other experiences at Seaham Hall.
Each gift voucher contains a unique reference code, which must be quoted when making a reservation.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed 72 hours after the date of purchase.
All experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Certain vouchers may be excluded from use during peak periods and special occasions, including Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Bank Holidays.
Gift vouchers are valid for a single transaction only. Any unused balance cannot be carried forward, exchanged for another voucher, or redeemed for cash.
Original printed vouchers or digital email vouchers must be presented upon arrival. Photocopies or screenshots may not be accepted.
All gift vouchers are issued with a specific validity period. Any extension is granted at the discretion of Seaham Hall and may be subject to a £25 administration fee for a three-month extension. Vouchers must remain valid at the time an extension is requested.

The Serenity Spa is exclusively available to guests aged 16 years and over. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities.
The Geko dining allowance of £40 per person applies to food items only. Any expenditure exceeding this allowance must be settled on the day. Any unused allowance is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Overnight stay vouchers cannot be redeemed between 23 December and 4 January inclusive.
Overnight stay packages are based on two guests sharing a suite.
Midweek stays apply from Monday to Thursday.
Weekend stays apply from Friday to Sunday.
Overnight guests may access the spa facilities from 3:00pm on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Please note that selected Saturday evenings may be subject to a minimum two-night stay requirement.

Afternoon Tea is served Thursday to Sunday and is subject to availability.
The Dining Room is open Thursday to Sunday, with dinner service commencing from 6:30pm.
Harvey's Bar is open seven days a week.
For dining reservations of seven guests or more, please contact the hotel directly.
Please notify us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances at least 24 hours before your reservation.
All Afternoon Tea reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Amendments or cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation time will incur no charge. Cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours of the reservation will result in the voucher being redeemed and rendered invalid for future use.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to hotel@seaham-hall.com, including the reservation date and booking name. Upon receipt, a member of our team will confirm the cancellation via email.
