Valid for a one-night stay - Friday to Sunday, based on two sharing a suite. Voucher can be used Monday to Thursday if desired. Cannot be used between 23/12/26 to 03/01/27, 13 to 14 Feb 2027 and 23/12/27-04/01/28 and some bank holidays. Voucher code must be quoted when booking. Redeemable after 72 hours of purchase. Gift vouchers are for single redemption, any balance cannot be transferred to a future visit, cannot be used to purchase an alternative voucher and no change will be given. Original vouchers or e-voucher MUST be presented on arrival. The Serenity Spa has an over 16 years of age policy, any guests under this age are not permitted to use the spa facilities. With card payments now the most preferred choice, we have made it more convenient for you to leave a tip for our team in this way. We have added a discretionary contribution of 7.5% to your total bill, so you can rest assured your tip is taken care of. Your tip is shared across our team, with a contribution donated to local charities on your behalf. Of course, if you’d rather not contribute, please just say and we can remove this from your bill. Gift vouchers cannot be used to make online bookings, please call our team on 0191 516 1400. Guests can access the spa from 3pm on day of arrival to 12noon on day of departure.
