Terms & Conditions

Midweek is Monday to Thursday, Weekend is Friday to Sunday. This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code which must be quoted at the time of booking. Gift vouchers are redeemable only after 72 hours of purchase. Advance bookings are required, and all experiences are subject to availability. Gift vouchers are for single use only; any remaining balance cannot be transferred to a future visit, used to purchase an alternative voucher, or refunded as cash. Original vouchers or email vouchers must be presented upon arrival, and copies will not be accepted. Each gift has specific validity dates, and any extensions are at the discretion of the spa and may incur an administration charge. The Serenity Spa operates a policy for guests aged 16 and over, and anyone under this age is not permitted to use the spa facilities. This gift voucher cannot be redeemed between 23rd December 2025 and 4th January 2026 and 23rd December 2026 and 4th January 2027.

Midweek bookings are available from Monday to Thursday. Weekend bookings are from Friday to Sunday.
