Advance bookings are required, and vouchers are only redeemable 72 hours after purchase. All experiences are subject to availability. Vouchers are for single use only. Any remaining balance cannot be carried over, used to purchase another voucher, or exchanged for cash/change. Original vouchers or email vouchers MUST be presented on arrival. Copies will not be accepted. Each voucher has specific validity dates. 3-month voucher extension can be purchased online for a fee. Only 1 voucher extension can be used with a voucher. Guests under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the spa facilities. Vouchers cannot be used from 23rd December to 4th January, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and bank holidays. Please ensure these terms are understood prior to booking.
