  Valid for a one night, on any night of the week, based on two sharing a suite. Please note this voucher cannot be used between 24th December 2022 to 4th January 2023, 10th to 14th February 2023 and some bank holidays. This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code which MUST be quoted at time of booking. Gift vouchers are only redeemable after 72 hours of purchase Advance bookings are necessary. All experiences are subject to availability. Gift vouchers are for single redemption, any balance cannot be transferred to a future visit, cannot be used to purchase an alternative voucher and no change will be given. Original vouchers or email vouchers MUST be presented on arrival. Copies will not be accepted. Gifts have specific validity dates, any extension is discretionary and subject to an administration charge. The Serenity Spa has an over 16 years of age policy, any guests under this age are not permitted to use the spa facilities. These days it’s hard to leave a tip as cashless payments are on the rise. On departure a discretionary contribution of 7.5% to the “ Tips for the Team” will be added to the total on your bill. All of it goes to the team along with a donation to local charities and not to the big bosses. Of course, if for any reason, you ‘d prefer not to contribute, then just let us know and we will just take 7.5% off your bill with no awkwardness. You can count on that.
